How to Renew your Membership or Pay InvoicesBefore renewing your membership with us each year, we ask that you please login or review the directory to ensure that everyone under your membership is still with your organization. Remember that Recycle Colorado Memberships expire on December 31st of every year. Your grace period begins January 1st and lasts until February 28th. This is your time to renew your membership without lapse. If you do not renew your membership before February 28th, then your membership will lapse for that year, and you will have to pay your invoice for you and your organization to be active members again. Upper Level Members Upper level members will be contacted by a Recycle Colorado board member before they are invoiced for the next membership year. If you would like to make any changes to your membership level or sponsor an event for that year, we recommend letting the board member know during your conversation. If you would like to receive your invoice before a board member contacts you, please email us. Once you have met with a board member, you will be sent your invoice for that membership year as well as an online payment link email. To pay your invoice you can use whichever payment method you would like (Check, Card, or ACH). If you need ACH information, please contact us. Please address checks to the address below. TO PAY FOR YOUR RENEWAL you will need find one the invoice email that was sent to you. On this email there should be text below the email’s signature that says, “Click here to view this invoice”. Select this to access the payment portal. IF YOU CANNOT FIND AN INVOICE EMAIL, you will have to login on our website, select “My Profile”, and then “Invoices” to find your due invoices and pay. Click here if you need help logging in. IF YOU CANNOT FIND AN INVOICE EMAIL AND CANNOT LOGIN ON OUR WEBSITE, then please email us to send you an online payment link. DO NOT try to renew on our "Join" page by filling out the online form again. You will receive an error message that says "you have already filled out this form" and it will not allow you to renew. If you need us to include any additional information for the invoice to be processed (PO #), please email us and we can get you an updated invoice. If you would like a receipt for your payment, please email us for a copy. Community Partner & Individual Members Community Partner and Individual Members will be automatically sent their invoices for their membership renewal 30 days before their membership expires on December 31st. If you would like to make any changes to your membership level or sponsor an event for that year, please email us and we can make adjustments. Reminder emails which include online payment links and invoices for your renewal will be sent periodically until February 28th, when the grace period to renew has ended, and your membership has officially expired. How to Join Recycle Colorado’s MembershipTo join as a Recycle Colorado member, please review our membership options and their benefits and select which you would like to join at. If you have any questions on membership, please reach out. Once you have selected the level you would like to join at, you can select “Join as a __ member”. This should lead you to a form to fill out and to collect your information. Once you have filled out all the information on the form, you will be prompted to pay your invoice for membership. You can either pay this then using your card, or select pay by invoice and by using ACH information or by Check. Please reach out to us to set this up. Once you are paid, a Recycle Colorado staff member should reach out to you. They will confirm with you any councils or committees you expressed interest in joining. At this point, if there are any other members of your organization that you would like to add onto your membership, please let the staff member know. How to add or remove members on my Organization’s MembershipWe are happy to make any changes for you and your organization’s membership with us. If you would like to update your information (Address, email, phone, name), please email us. If you would like to remove or add anyone from your organization’s membership, please email us the name and their email address and we will reach out to get them set up. Recycle Colorado Mailing, Billing and ACH Remittance AddressRecycle Colorado Logging into Recycle Colorado’s Website & TroubleshootingLogging in on our website is how members can access the members only directory, RSVP to Recycle Colorado meetings and events, renew their membership and pay invoices. There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to login on our website, but they have easy solutions. If your reason/solution for not being able to login is not listed below, please email us. Error message that you “cannot login at this time” Incorrect password/username or cannot remember your password How to RSVP to a Recycle Colorado EventAll council or committee members who have already expressed their interest should be added onto the meeting invites for each group they are a part of. If you are not, or would like to only attend one meeting, you can email us or RSVP using the calendar on our website. To RSVP using the calendar on our website, you will need to first find the event you would like to attend. Once you have found which event you would like to attend on the calendar, select “RSVP”. Once you select this, you should be directed to login using your membership login information. Next, answer the questions on the form, submit, and you should receive a confirmation email which will include the meeting information. If you receive an error message saying that you have already taken this form previously, please email us to ensure you are on the calendar invites and emailing list. If you need help logging in on our website or forgot your login information, please use the instructions for this above to help. If you are being blocked from logging in, this could also be because you have not paid your membership with us yet. Please email us to confirm your membership or payment status or pay for your membership for that membership year to be able to RSVP to meetings. How to Join a Recycle Colorado Council or CommitteeIf you are a Recycle Colorado member who would like to join any of the following councils or committees, please send us an email with your interests. We will then add onto the emailing list and calendar invites for meetings.
